New Joiner Forms can be found in the Trium SharePoint under General > New Joiner Forms
There is a Word document in this folder that has links to various New Joiner Forms.
Please be sure to use the correct New Joiner Form for your scenario.
If you are not sure which New Joiner Form to use, please request clarification from HM
New Joiner Form has an option to send yourself a copy when you fill it out
New Joiner Forms are used for various audits so please be sure to fill out accurately or request that any mistakes be updated.
New Joiner Forms for contractors should have a Trium employee listed as manager.
Note: Only managers will have access to the Forms app.
